MARIN PARK, INC. - RULES & REGULATIONS – OVERNIGHTERS/WEEKLYS-7/25/2005 All recreational vehicles must be in good repair with current registration. All RV’s must back into spaces. Maximum stay 24 weeks (6 months) for: travel trailers, fifth-wheels, or motor homes only-no park models. All RV’s must be self-contained. RV’s are expected to have proof of inspection by American National Standard Institute (ANSI). No Drop Offs; must show proof of ownership of towing vehicle. Tow vehicle must remain on the property for duration of stay. Maximum stay 2 weeks for: (1) RV’s manufactured 20 years or more from current year; (2) any tents, tent campers, camper vans, cabover campers (state law prohibits the removal of cabovers from truck while in the park) and any other type of camper that is not self-contained. EXCEPTION: If unit, manufactured less than 20 years ago, is fully self-contained, it may remain in the park for a maximum stay of 24 weeks as above. Self-contained is defined as follows: containing separate black and grey holding tanks, fresh water holding tank, full kitchen facilities and full bathroom facilities. |

DUE TO HIGH ELECTRICAL PULL, USE OF SPACE HEATERS IS PROHIBITED! RENT: All payments for rental of space are due in advance; renewal of space is due at noon on day owed and must be paid timely. Late payment of rents may result in termination of occupancy. Please come to the office if you wish to extend your stay beyond your reservation as your space may not be available! Weekly and monthly rents are non-refundable for early departure. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 8 AM (No generators). Please be considerate of others with TV, radio, and stereo. No outside lighting is to be left on after 10:00 p.m. CHECK OUT time is noon. AUTOMOBILES must be parked in the designated parking areas. No more than (2) two vehicles per rental unit, and only as space permits. All cars must be parked inside the white lines on the roadway, and inside 6X6’s side lot line markers. Any vehicle parked in a vacant site will be charged for the space at the daily overnight rate. If parked in a posted "no parking" area, without prior permission of the Park, car will be towed away at owner's expense, pursuant to Section 22658 of the California Vehicle Code. Vehicle repair is prohibited in the Park at all times unless approved by Management. Exception: Emergency repairs, i.e., flat tire or dead battery. Only standard, manufactured car and/or motorcycle covers may be used; no tarps. No car or trailer washing is allowed without Park permission. OCCUPANCY: Only one RV per space is allowed with a maximum of 6 people per space (overnighters) or 4 people per space (weekly or monthly). SPACE: Fire codes require that all RVs must be 6 feet apart. Please park on space so that you have 6 feet of clearance on both sides from any other RVs. (This includes clearance between slide outs.) No lot line markers ( 6 X 6 boards) are to be moved or adjusted at any time. SPEED LIMIT is posted at 5 mph. The traffic flow is one-way as posted and indicated with arrows. Please drive carefully and follow the one-way signs. MINORS must be supervised at all times by parent or guardian who is liable for all damages to the property of other guests or property of the park. SKATEBOARDING is prohibited in the Park. Bicycles may be ridden on roadways only. They are not allowed in the pool area, entryways of any buildings, sidewalks or walkways. POOL hours are 8:30 a.m. dusk, weather permitting. The pool is provided for the use of Marin Park registered guests only. Only canned beverages are allowed in the pool area; no glass, or alcohol. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Everyone swims at his or her own risk. No diving is allowed. California state law states children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times. Bathing suits only; no street wear is allowed in the water—this includes t-shirts. No use of rafts or large pool toys. Rules are posted at pool. QUIET PETS are welcome; however, their owners must supervise them at all times. No pets are allowed in any buildings or common area. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. All dogs must be walked outside the park. Please--Our flower beds are not part of the "'dog walk!" All animal waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited anywhere in the Park, including the occupant's space. The Park reserves the right to deny the keeping of any pet if the Park deems the pet to be a problem, such as the need to call the police, Humane Society or management issuing legal notices. GUESTS are the responsibility of the registered occupant. Please make certain your guests are aware of the Park rules and abide by them. Due to limited parking facilities, guests must park outside the park. Common facilities of the park (restroom, showers, and pool) may be used by guests ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY THE REGISTERED OCCUPANT. MAINTENANCE OF SPACE: Cleanliness of the Park is important to us. Nothing is to be stored outside or under the RV except outdoor equipment, such as patio-type furniture, grills, coolers (no appliances of any kind). All refuse is to be placed in our trash dumpsters located in the fenced area behind the office. No trash is to be stored on the space. No screen houses are permitted if enclosed in anything other than screening material (no canvas, etc.). WOOD BURNING is prohibited at all times. CLOTHESLINES: No clotheslines of any kind at any time. COMPLAINTS: All complaints must be submitted in writing regarding rule violations or other issues which need to be addressed by management. RIGHT OT RESTRICT: Management reserves the right to restrict the use of any park facility. No alcohol is allowed in the common areas or pool. All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the Park. RESPONSIBILITY: Registered guests who use the Park facilities do so at their own risk. Owner and management assume no responsibility for damage to or theft of occupants and guests property. The owner and\or management is not responsible for any loss due to fire, flood, theft, or accident. Registered occupants are responsible for any damages caused by them, their pets or their guests to the park’s property during their stay including damages, repairs, and clean up. With regard to monthly/weekly stays: No tents; No alteration of the space is allowed; no fencing, sheds, landscaping, etc. without written permission from Management
