Our weekly rate: 7th night free (non refundable for early departure). (This weekly rate includes ALL utilities, water, electric, trash and cable TV.)

Monthly rates: Maximum stay 6 months. Call Park Manager for details

Dump Station - $9 (non-pottable water)

All RV's must be self-contained.
RV's are expected to have proof of inspection by American National Standard Institute (ANSI).

Maximums Stay (14 nights) for:

(Exception: If a unit is less than 20 years old and is fully self contained it may remain in the park for a maximum stay of 24 weeks. Self-contained is defined as follows: containing separate black and grey water holding tanks, fresh water holding tank, full kitchen facilities and full bathroom facilities.)

• Cabover Campers (Cabovers may not be removed from  truck while in the park)

Reservation Policy:
Reservations are highly recommended throughout the year.  You may guarantee your reservation with VISA or Mastercard. Without a credit card guarantee, we cannot hold a reservation. We do not take advanced deposits.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 24-hour notice of cancellation policy.  Notification required by 12:00 Noon of day prior to reservation.
